ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW
Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, Tanzania Veterinary Research Institute (TALIRI), Dar es Salaam Collaborative University of Education (DUCE) , Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LATRA), Mhimbili National Hospital (MNH), Tengeru Community Development Institute (TICD), National Institute of Transport (NIT), and College of Water (WI), would like to inform job seekers all job applicants that interviews are expected to run from 08 - 10 January, 2022 and finally arrange job vacancies for successful job applicants.
Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions: -
i. Interviews will take place from 08-10 January, 2022 as indicated in this announcement; the time and place at which the interview will take place is specified for each cadre;
ii. Screening (writing) for all cadres will be held on January 08, 2022, and a face-to-face interview will be held on January 10,
iii. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a mask, washing hands with soap and running water, hand washing, wearing formal attire and at work are also advised to wear heavy clothing due to the cold weather for the period in Dodoma.
iv. Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;
v. Acceptable IDs include: - Resident ID, Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Passport; The interviewee who misses any of the above identification will not be allowed to conduct the interview;
vi. Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and onwards depending on the applicant's qualifications;
vii. Candidates who will submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, Form IV and VI results slips THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE INTERVIEWING;
viii. Each interviewee will pay for food, transportation and accommodation;
ix. Each interviewee should take into account the date, time and place of the interview;
x. For applicants who have studied outside Tanzania to ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA);
xi. Applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when vacancies are advertised and consider the requirements of the relevant advertisement.
xii. For cadres who are required to register with their Professional Boards they must bring their Real Registration Certificates as well as Operating Licenses.
xiii. All interviewees called for an interview should make sure they log into their account and copy the test number as those numbers will not be released on the day of the interview.
