The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan has agreed to give permission to hire 21,200 teaching and health cadres.
This was stated today April 12, 2023 by the Minister of State, Office of the President Regional Administrations and Local Governments (TAMISEMI), Hon. Angellah Kairuki while giving information to journalists in Dodoma
He said that the number of employees who will be recruited into the Teaching Cadres is 13,130 who will teach in Primary and Secondary schools.
In addition, Minister Kairuki has explained that the number of employees who will be interviewed in the Health cadres is 8,070 who will work in Council Hospitals, Health Centers and Dispensaries.
Minister Kairuki has said that applicants should apply for employment from today, April 12, until 25,2023 at 5:59 p.m.
"All applicants must have the following general qualifications, be a Tanzanian, have an age limit of 45 years, a professional certificate, a sixth form certificate and an NIDA ID." said Minister Kairuki.
He has also asked the applicants to avoid fraud that will appear when applying for those positions.
